In the role of Sales Executive, you will have a central position in driving and developing new business within accounting and/or payroll. You will work with medium-sized and large companies with complex needs, where you will have the opportunity to use your expertise and network to establish long-lasting relationships and help our clients optimize their processes in accounting and/or payroll.
Your Role:
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with new clients and building strong partnerships.
You will:
- Actively identify business opportunities and create new contacts in both the Swedish and Nordic markets.
- Work with solution-oriented sales, where you tailor and present our outsourcing services in accounting, financial flows, and payroll for medium and large companies.
- Work with both incoming inquiries and proactive outbound sales, where you build long-term partnerships and strengthen Azets' market position.
- Document the sales process in CRM and follow up on various KPIs, e.g., number of meetings, pipeline, quote value, and closed deals, etc.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience in complex service sales and customer relationship development, preferably within outsourcing services or related fields.
- A degree in finance, data, or technology.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial flows, enabling you to understand and solve clients' complex needs, and/or payroll business for medium/large companies (100-1000 employees).
- A strong sales drive with the ability to actively drive processes, achieve set goals, while following up in a structured and systematic manner.
- Experience in the industry, or in other industries, where you have an existing network preferably consisting of CEOs and CFOs.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and other relevant tools to analyze and present solutions.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are a skilled and confident negotiator who thrives in business contexts and is comfortable presenting at various levels. You are creative and business-oriented, with a strong focus on identifying and creating business opportunities. Furthermore, you are results-oriented and have the ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships with clients.
