Our client is an authority that manages the transmission network for electricity in Sweden. They also conduct research and development projects in many areas to promote new technology. The authority's work impacts society socially, environmentally, and economically, both locally and nationally, but also globally through the authority's supply chains. Here, you will be part of a mission that is vital to society.

A state actor in electricity supply and energy infrastructure is in an expansive phase with significant investments to expand and renew Sweden's transmission network. The expansion includes new power lines and stations and requires procurement of complex property-related services as well as indirect materials. We are now looking for a senior procurement consultant who can lead and execute procurements independently and contribute to the development of the procurement function. As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You are structured and have the ability to work independently while striving to deliver high quality.

You will lead and carry out procurements on your own, primarily within:

• Property-related services (Facility Management)

• Indirect materials, such as communication, training, etc.

• If needed, also other categories, such as IT and remedial measures related to the power system.

• Lead the work on developing procurement strategies

• Lead the execution of RFIs

• Prepare and design tender documents

• Lead the work on the process for evaluating bids

• Support and, if necessary, lead clients in developing requirements

• Conduct handover of completed contracts to clients and provide support during the contract period as needed

• Ensure that processes and legal requirements in the procurement process are followed (LUF)

• Contribute to business development within procurement in general

• At least 2 years of experience conducting public procurement according to LUF

• At least 3 years of experience developing, analyzing, and improving contract templates for services

• Experience conducting at least one security-protected procurement.

• Preliminary start date: 2026-04-13

• End date: 2027-04-13

• Option: possibility of extension 1+1 year, until 2029-04-13

• Scope: 100 %

• Location: Sundbyberg (remote work up to 50% by agreement and according to the needs of the business)
