About the Position

We are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator for our client in Stockholm.

Background

The Purchasing Department needs a purchasing administrator for administrative tasks related to purchasing, procurement, document management, supplier management, etc.

Job Description/Role

The assignment involves supporting the purchasing department with administration. Main tasks include document management, record-keeping, administrative tasks in purchasing systems, property systems, as well as documentation of the internal planning within the department.

Location

The client's office in Hammarby Sjöstad.

Remote work possibility: Yes

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience with record-keeping systems
• You should have held a similar role previously and at least 3 years of experience in administrative work is required.
• Familiar with handling contacts both within the purchasing department, the rest of the organization, and externally.
• Experienced in managing various inquiries and assisting colleagues with different questions.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Platina /edok is an advantage.
• Experience with purchasing systems, preferably Agresso Purchasing, is an advantage.
• Experience with procurement systems, preferably Kommers, is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

Independent, solution-oriented, service-minded, unpretentious, able to drive issues and capable of identifying potential improvements.
