Your new role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be an essential part of the Customer Service organization at an international company in the life science/medtech sector. You will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment where high service levels, structure, and collaboration are crucial for success. This role is suitable for you who enjoy operational responsibility, numerous points of contact, and a clear customer focus.

Your responsibilities will include:- Order management for all order types and daily order follow-up- Monitoring and handling of inventory, transport, and delivery discrepancies- Corrective actions for damaged goods, inventory errors, and transport discrepancies- Proactive communication with customers regarding backorders and delivery status- Return management including invoice linking, policy assessment, approvals, and documentation- Ensuring agreed SLAs with internal and external parties- Close collaboration with sales organization, supply chain, finance, and other internal functions- Contributing to good cooperation and shared responsibility within the Customer Service team

To be successful in this role, you need
  • High school education

  • Experience in customer service, order administration, or a similar role

  • Good system proficiency and experience working in order/ERP systems and the Office suite

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, and English (spoken and written)
