We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator for a public housing company.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

The role involves providing administrative support to the purchasing unit through ongoing management of documentation, system support, and internal planning, with responsibility for ensuring that the administration functions effectively and in coordination during the period when a vacancy is being filled.

Responsibilities

Document management

Record keeping

Administrative tasks in purchasing systems

Administrative tasks in property systems

Documentation of internal planning within the unit

Administration related to purchasing, procurement, and supplier management

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with record-keeping systems

You must have held a similar role previously and have at least 3 years of experience in administrative work.

Familiar with handling contacts both within the purchasing unit, the rest of the organization, and externally. Experienced in managing various inquiries and assisting colleagues with different issues.

Meritorious

Experience with Platina /edok is an advantage.

Experience with purchasing systems, preferably Agresso Purchasing, is an advantage.

Experience with procurement systems, preferably Kommers, is an advantage.
