About the role

As a Consultant Manager with us, you will receive trust, mandate, and ownership. You will work independently to identify needs, create solutions, and ensure quality in delivery.

The role requires flexibility, business acumen, and good judgment.

You are structured as a person, but above all, skilled at creating opportunities and driving things to completion.

Your responsibilities

• Recruitment, staffing, and follow-up of consultants within healthcare
• Staffing of various professions (doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel)
• Deliveries to customers in municipalities, regions, and private healthcare providers
• Ongoing dialogue with customers, including at the management level
• Ensuring quality, contracts, administration, and documentation
• Working goal-oriented and contributing to business development and growth
• Creating solutions in complex and changing situations

Who are you?

• Have solid experience in healthcare staffing, consulting, or a similar business-related role
• Are flexible and enjoy variation in pace
• Are meticulous, responsible, and business-minded
• Are used to working independently and driving your area forward
• Have worked towards set goals and can demonstrate achieved or exceeded results
• Are an experienced IT user with an interest and understanding of digitalization
• Have very good computer skills in Office 365
• Enjoy administration and see documentation as an integral part of quality
• Have experience with RecMan or similar CRM systems (meritorious)
