Claims Adjuster Wanted at LF Stockholm

About the Job

As a claims adjuster, your main task will be to investigate our customers' right to compensation for illness, accident, or assault injuries. The goal is for the customer to feel satisfied with our handling of the case, regardless of whether they receive compensation or not. You do this by showing interest and being attentive to the customer's needs, being empathetic and understanding of their situation, and communicating conditions and outcomes clearly and fluently. All customer meetings are conducted via phone or digitally. Having satisfied customers is our top priority. It is important that you are a good communicator, as this has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling incoming cases via phone, email, and digitally.
  • Investigative work to gather relevant assessment materials such as medical documents and current applicable conditions.
  • Independent analytical work.

Claims adjustment in illness and accident presents particular challenges as cases often extend over long periods and have many different aspects that must be taken into account. No case is like another, and different conditions apply in individual cases. This requires self-leadership and independent analytical work.

Who Are We Looking For?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • A high degree of self-leadership to drive cases from start to finish.
  • A structured approach to keep together and drive long-term cases.
  • An empathetic and helpful attitude to see situations from the customer's perspective.
  • The ability to explain complicated conditions and prerequisites in a pedagogical manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • A few years of experience in claims adjustment.

We also welcome experience in:

  • Claims adjustment in illness and accident.
  • Structured collection of relevant information, such as journals, medical documents, police reports, or other materials that will form the basis for decisions.
  • Participation in and driving improvement projects.
  • Independent work and driving processes.
