Administrator for Collective Agreement Pension Schemes

The Finance Family is seeking an administrator for collective agreement pension schemes on behalf of a client in Stockholm. This is a long-term consulting assignment running until December 31, 2026, starting as soon as possible.

About the Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will handle the daily administrative tasks related to collective agreement pensions.

The area of responsibility includes contractual insurances within BTP1 and BTP2. Your tasks will include monitoring upcoming retirees and long-term sick leave, death benefit regulation, and pension payments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that accurate information is registered in the company’s various internal and external systems. Furthermore, the area has daily contact via email and phone with the company’s HR departments, employees, and retirees regarding various pension issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for someone with approximately 3-5 years of experience working with pension schemes. You should have strong administrative skills and a basic understanding of the collective agreement pension schemes BTP1 and BTP2 (collective agreement pension for employees in banking and finance).
