Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced HR specialist for an exciting assignment with our client in Solna. As a consultant, you will be part of the HR section and are expected to provide professional operational support to the organization's managers. The assignment is 100% and runs from as soon as possible until September 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension (max 12 months). The work will initially be on-site but with future opportunities for some remote work by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and consultative support to managers in recruitment and personnel issues
• Drive the entire recruitment process, from requirements profile to hiring decision
• Work with competence supply as well as contract and salary-related issues
• Manage ongoing personnel administration
• Participate in other tasks within the section, such as contract administration and training

Qualifications

• Academic degree from a human resources program
• At least three years of work experience in a similar role
• Current experience in operational and competency-based recruitment as well as consultative support to managers in various HR-related issues
• Good knowledge of MS Office, HR systems (e.g., Heroma/Primula) and recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee)
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks
