Knowit Connectivity continues to grow and we are now looking for a driven and self-sufficient colleague for our recruitment function. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in tech recruitment, who enjoys taking significant responsibility and thrives in close collaboration with developers and leaders in the organization. You do not need to know how to program – but you are curious, ask the right questions, and enjoy delving into technical discussions.
The role can be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
Who are you?Researcher, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or IT recruiter – regardless of title, you have solid experience in driving recruitment within tech. In this role, you will work broadly and independently with recruitment for Knowit Connectivity, from needs analysis to signing.
Your tasks will include:
Independently drive the entire recruitment process
Search and sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
CV screening, interviews, and reference checks
Advertising and employer branding activities
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and marketing activities, such as fairs and events
Be an advisory partner to managers on recruitment issues
You have a strong drive, enjoy taking responsibility, and see opportunities rather than limitations.
We believe that you:Have at least 3 years of experience in independently driving recruitment processes within IT/tech or similar experience from sales
Are accustomed to and enjoy search and sourcing outside of LinkedIn
Have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Are structured, proactive, and confident in working independently
