Your Role

Do you want to help shape the future project portfolio? Are you driven to create structure, clarity, and maximum value through strategic governance and analysis? Then the role of Strategic Planner is for you!

We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for our project portfolio - from establishing governance models and prioritizing initiatives to ensuring that our resources are used where they are most beneficial. You will be the hub between the organization's goals and the change initiatives we invest in. Your mission will be to create transparency, balance, and effectiveness in our portfolio management, with the goal that our projects together drive the organization forward in a sustainable and business-like manner.

As a Strategic Planner, you will collaborate with management, project owners, and other key functions. You will work data-driven, focusing on analysis, prioritization, and long-term value maximization. The role is both strategic and operational - you will build and lead the work with portfolio governance while also contributing to a culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are an integral part of the way we work.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Be responsible for strategic portfolio governance across the entire department
• Establish processes, governance models, and forums for portfolio management
• Coordinate project and resource planning with the organization’s overall goals
• Ensure follow-up, reporting, and value delivery of the portfolio's content
• Create conditions for data quality in the portfolio
• Create clarity in priorities and investment decisions
• Be a driving force in further developing our portfolio maturity towards Antura

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Solid experience in strategic portfolio management in complex organizations
• Good understanding of project and change management
• Ability to navigate between operational reality and strategic needs
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making
• Clear communication and experience presenting to different target groups
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English, which is crucial for coordinating and communicating effectively with different parts of the organization.
