I am looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and responsible. You are a person who takes your work seriously and you are aware of the user's dependence on support in various situations. You need to be punctual and keep to schedules. It is my time you are managing. There needs to be a clear understanding that this is my private life and you need to have great respect for this.
You who are applying should be knowledgeable about the gym (this means, among other things, that you can accompany me to the gym and understand what I am talking about and have experience with the names of equipment, for example) and you need to be strong and able to provide support at the gym. Swimming ability is a requirement! There is a dog in the home, so you cannot be allergic or afraid of dogs.
The skills you need for the job are:
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Physically active/strong.
- Swimming ability.
- Experience in operating a wheelchair.
- Experience working with visually impaired individuals.
- At least one year of experience as a personal assistant.
