Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with the customer to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our customers and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.
Are you a retiree or do you want to work 1-2 days a week with a nice customer who has a dog? The hours can vary but are usually weekdays from 8 AM to 1 PM.
You should preferably have experience in caregiving and a pleasant and cheerful demeanor. You need to be proactive, flexible, and attentive as a person.
The tasks include, among other things, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene, etc. A driver's license is required. You should not be allergic to fur, as there is a dog.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. The chemistry between you and our customer is the most important factor. We prefer female applicants with some years of experience. Since you, as staff, act as the customer's extended arm in communication, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
