We are looking for an independent property manager for our client, primarily based in Södertälje. Work may also occur in Rosersberg to a limited extent but can be expanded in the future. The position is full-time and is suitable for someone who is unpretentious, enjoys practical work, and thrives with varied tasks both indoors and outdoors. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

About the role:

As a property manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, supervision, and maintenance of the properties. The work is varied and includes both indoor and outdoor environments. You work independently but also have contact with colleagues and external contractors.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Daily supervision and ongoing maintenance of properties

• Simple repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work (not requiring certification)

• Receiving, addressing, and following up on maintenance requests

• Maintenance of outdoor environments, including cleaning and snow removal

• Waste management and responsibility for recycling stations

• Patrolling technical systems such as ventilation, heating, doors, and locks

• Contact and coordination with external contractors

• Key management and documentation of completed actions

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and is used to taking responsibility. You work in a structured manner, solve problems independently, and have a service-oriented approach.

We hope you:

• Have experience in property management, technical work, or similar service occupations

• Are handy and enjoy varied tasks

• Are unpretentious and flexible in your work style

• Can plan and prioritize your work independently

• Have a valid driver's license and access to your own car

• Have basic computer skills

• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is a plus if you have:

• Vocational training in property management, construction, electrical, or plumbing

• Experience from commercial properties

• Knowledge in control and regulation technology or locking and access systems

• Experience in entrepreneurship
