About Us

Telia Field Operations is Telia's own entrepreneurial business. Our primary task is to ensure that Telia's national security customers are always operational and can expand, even during crises and emergency preparedness. We work with fiber construction, switching, network security work, method development, network investigations, migration work, and more. Our assignment also includes service, delivery, and fault resolution for the fixed network.

Here, you will become part of a national team with skilled colleagues. We are located in Örebro, Trollhättan, Gothenburg, Sundsvall, Stockholm, Kalmar, Gotland, Luleå, and Skåne. We currently have about 55 employees, including 4 designers.

The Role

As a Documentation Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that all technical and administrative documentation related to field work, network construction, and project implementation is correct, complete, and reflects the actual outcome in the field. You will also handle requests for deliverability from delivery coordinators, sales staff, fiber planners, as well as other network and production planners within Telia.

You enjoy working independently and take great responsibility for ensuring your work is done with high quality and on time. Good collaboration skills are required as the position involves contact with designers, technicians, contractors, and colleagues. Since the work involves security-sensitive information, you must be able to handle work under high confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with NIS within telecom
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills
• Good proficiency in the Office package

Employment with us involves placement in a security class, which requires Swedish citizenship. Security clearance with register check will be conducted prior to employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.

Merits

• Experience with Telia's systems (SPAN/SPIV, IGS/ARP, Nice/Iview, etc.)
• Experience with AutoCad, Microstation, DPcom, or Trimble NIS
• Experience working with security protection requirements
• Experience with field work within telecom or similar industries
