In the role of Lead Technician, you will lead and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians. The tasks are varied and diverse.

You are responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with the highest safety standards and within the specified timeframe. You perform and supervise electrical installations, conduct quality control, and ensure that all electrical work complies with current standards and regulations. In addition, you collaborate closely with project managers to plan and schedule the work.

The position is a full-time day shift role. It is a fixed-term employment with good opportunities to receive an offer for direct employment with the client after a period of employment through Boost.

About you

You are a skilled electrician with education from the electrical program or other relevant vocational training. You have worked as an electrician for a few years and have experience as a lead technician. We prefer that you have previously had a team of electricians reporting to you. It is important that you are self-reliant in your work and have a drive to achieve set goals. As a person, you enjoy working together with others and have good teamwork skills. Camaraderie and a desire to develop are important in this role.
