TriGo is now looking for a practical, independent, and service-oriented handyman/building superintendent for an exciting assignment with one of our clients.

Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and having a varied workday where no two days are alike? Then this might be the job for you.

The introduction period takes place in July, and the regular assignment starts in August in connection with the start of the school year.

The permanent position covers 50% and is located at a school in central Stockholm, where you will become an important part of the daily operations. In addition, there are good opportunities to work extra as a roaming handyman for other of TriGo's clients, which means that the actual employment rate can become significantly higher for the right person.

About the role

As a handyman/building superintendent, you are responsible for creating a well-functioning and pleasant environment for the school's staff and students. You work independently with varied tasks related to property, service, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Simple property maintenance and ongoing upkeep
• Minor repairs and practical measures in premises
• Handling of materials, equipment, and orders
• Follow up on and rectify reported faults
• Contact with staff, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure that premises and common areas function well in everyday life

As a roaming handyman for our other clients, the tasks may also include simple property services, assembly, moving of furniture, service cases, and other practical assignments.

We are looking for someone who

• Is practical and enjoys working with your hands
• Has experience in handyman work, property maintenance, or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Is service-oriented and enjoys helping others
• Is independent, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills and can work in simple systems for case management
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
