We at WeStaff Sweden are now looking for dedicated Process Operators for a world-leading technology company in North Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and high-tech production environment where quality, precision, and continuous improvement are in focus.

The Role

As a Process Operator, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring that the production processes function efficiently and meet established quality requirements. You work with advanced production equipment, follow process parameters, and actively contribute to optimizing production.

The work takes place in a clean, structured, and technically advanced environment where attention to detail and responsibility are crucial for a successful outcome.

Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift or night shift
Start: Immediately
Location: North Stockholm

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control production processes according to established procedures
• Ensure that production meets quality and production requirements
• Perform ongoing checks, measurements, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor operational disruptions
• Conduct changeovers and adjustments of production equipment
• Actively participate in improvement and development work
• Collaborate with colleagues in production, technology, and quality

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are responsible, quality-conscious, and thrive in a production environment where structure and precision are important. You have a technical interest and are motivated by ensuring stable processes and high product quality.

You work independently when required, while also contributing to good teamwork. As a person, you are solution-oriented, engaged, and have a strong focus on safety and quality.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a process operator, machine operator, or production operator
• Experience from manufacturing industry or process industry
• Good technical understanding and experience working with production equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, process descriptions, and routines
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious – extra plus if you have:

• Experience with technical machine settings and drawing documentation
• Knowledge in quality assurance and measurement technology
• Experience working in clean rooms or high-tech production environments
• Forklift license or overhead crane license
• Technical education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in improvement work according to Lean or similar methods
