We are looking for a meticulous, solution-oriented, and practical property maintenance technician who wants to become part of our team at a centrally located hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and common areas maintain a high standard and function flawlessly for our guests.

You will work with both preventive maintenance and urgent repairs, where quick and quality problem-solving is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service of hotel rooms, including:
• Sinks and sanitary equipment
• Shower cabins
• Lamps and lighting
• Furniture and furnishings
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs independently
• Address damages with a focus on long-term and sustainable solutions
• Ensure faults are corrected quickly, often on the same day
• Handle urgent maintenance matters as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance, general maintenance, or hotel maintenance
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform repairs
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Basic computer skills

• Can work both independently and in a team

Employment Conditions

• Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time (50%)
• Working Hours: 20 hours per week according to the following schedule:
• Mondays: 09:00 – 15:30 (lunch 12:00–12:30)
• Tuesdays: 10:30 – 15:00 (lunch 12:00–12:30)
• Thursdays: 10:30 – 15:00 (lunch 12:00–12:30)
• Fridays: 09:00 – 15:30 (lunch 12:00–12:30)
• Opportunity for additional hours if needed

Work Environment

We are a hotel with high occupancy and a fast work pace. This means that:

• Problems often need to be resolved on the same day
• The pace is sometimes high
