About the role

In this role as a Building Technician, you will work in a unique and challenging environment, which requires high demands on safety, flexibility, precision, and planning. The position involves among other things:

• Responsibility for and ability to perform most technical tasks, such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance.
• Perform HVAC/plumbing work and contribute your expertise in the field.
• Submit suggestions for improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Manage contact and feedback with the client/orderer.
• Collaborate with other operations staff and specialists.

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical building operations.
• Documented HVAC/plumbing competence.
• Education in property management or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience.
• Experience working independently in various types of properties.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

Some of our customers operate in activities that in some cases require placement in a security classification and subsequent register control in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).

• We request extracts from the criminal record register for individuals according to Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Register for employment.
• Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be required for certain customer assignments.

The position is full-time (100%) and permanent with a probationary period. The start date for the position is autumn 2026.
