Do you want to work in an organization where you have broad responsibility for technical management, property operations, and the development of modern properties? We are now looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager for a long-term consultancy assignment with one of Sweden's leading organizations in property management and socially vital operations.
In this role, you will work with both operational and strategic property management, focusing on ensuring cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality operations in collaboration with internal units and external suppliers.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Property Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the daily technical operation of properties and technical installations.
- Ensure safe, secure, and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor suppliers, contractors, and service agreements.
- Work with budgets, cost tracking, and forecasts.
- Establish and follow up on maintenance plans.
- Plan and coordinate official inspections.
- Lead renovation, maintenance, and development projects.
- Ensure delivery according to agreed quality and service levels.
- Work with energy optimization and sustainability improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and serve as the natural contact person for technical matters.
- Identify and implement improvement measures within property operations.
We are looking for someone with
- Several years of experience in technical property management and property operations.
- Good knowledge of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and security.
- Experience in operational management and technical development.
- Experience in supplier management and contract follow-up.
- Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial control.
- Experience in maintenance planning and regulatory requirements.
- Experience from commercial properties, offices, industry, public sector buildings, or similar environments.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner.
Meritorious Qualifications
- Experience from Facility Management (FM) or Corporate Real Estate (RE).
- Experience in energy optimization and sustainability work.
- Experience with KPI, SLA, or delivery monitoring.
- Experience in project management regarding renovations or tenant fit-outs.
- Post-secondary education in property, engineering, or equivalent.
