We are now looking for an engaged Facility Maintenance Technician who wants to ensure that our customers' buildings function optimally – every day. Here you will work closely with both technology and people while contributing to safe, secure, and energy-efficient facility operations. The position involves security clearance, and you will work with customers in the Stockholm area.

About the role

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the daily operation of the building's technical systems. You monitor installations and equipment within areas such as:

• Heating
• Ventilation
• Cooling
• Electrical

You work with both planned maintenance and urgent interventions when problems arise. The role involves quickly troubleshooting, rectifying operational disruptions, and ensuring that the building's functions operate safely and efficiently. You have regular contact with tenants and users, and collaborate closely with property managers, contractors, and other technicians. This role suits you if you want to work flexibly and thrive in an environment where technology meets service.

Your background

• Have relevant technical education, for example in facility maintenance or real estate
• Are technically curious and enjoy working practically
• Are solution-oriented and confident in making quick decisions
• Have a good sense of service and enjoy contact with people
• Work in a structured manner and have the ability to see the big picture in facility operations

The position is security classified, and a security check is conducted before employment.
