Caverion is now looking for a Foreman for their Technical Facility Management (TFM) contract with Stockholm Exergi. This assignment covers technical management, operation, and maintenance of Stockholm Exergi's properties.

Stockholm Exergi is Stockholm's energy company, securing the growing Stockholm region's access to heat, electricity, cooling, and waste services through resource-efficient solutions.

In this assignment, Caverion takes overall responsibility for operation, supervision, maintenance, and advisory services regarding technical building systems in approximately 50 objects, including five base plants: Värtan, Brista, Högdalen, Hammarbyverket, and Hässelby.

The work is carried out within three geographical areas, and you will primarily be active in Södra, Högdalen, but will collaborate with the other sites, which are City (Värtan/Campus) and North-West (Sigtuna/Brista).

As a foreman, you will become an important part of a team that ensures the properties are operated safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

The Role

As a foreman in property services, you are responsible for leading and supporting maintenance technicians in their daily work. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on operational and maintenance measures, participate in customer dialogues, and coordinate subcontractors. The role is both operational and managerial, where you work close to the operations and yourself participate in supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead maintenance technicians and hold daily steering meetings
• Perform technical maintenance tasks
• Plan, distribute, and follow up on operational and maintenance measures
• Represent Caverion at customer meetings and coordinate subcontractors
• Handle deviations, risks, and drive improvement work
• Collaborate with the service coordinator in planning and follow-up

Your Background

• Upper secondary education in property technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in operational and maintenance work in complex buildings
• Good technical breadth (control and monitoring, electrical, HVAC, installations)
• Experience in leadership and coordination or ambition to take the next step from senior maintenance technician
• Ability to organize, communicate, and read contracts
• Structured, responsible, and meticulous in planning and documentation
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious: experience in energy optimization, BAS-P/BAS-U, and facility maintenance for fire alarms/sprinklers.
