About the assignment
I am a 21-year-old guy looking for two dedicated and responsible assistants who preferably share my great interest in sports. I study at Valjevikens Folkhögskola located in Sölvesborg municipality in western Blekinge County, with a focus on sports, and now need two assistants who can also step in as needed for my team of assistants around the clock. I need help with transfers, personal care, support during meals and tube feeding, as well as assistance with communication. At school, I also need practical help to carry out tasks. I communicate verbally and with Bliss. I can drive my power wheelchair myself but need help with my manual wheelchair. In my free time, I need assistance to engage in various activities, such as training, going to matches, or hanging out with friends.

You who are applying are calm and secure as a person, you have a sense of humor, are social, and preferably enjoy various sports just like me. You have the ability to sense when I need help and when you need to step back to give me space. You need to have a driver's license for a car. I assume you are smoke-free.

I am now looking for two assistants for the job as well as on an as-needed basis during regular assistants' leave or illness when I am at Valjevikens Folkhögskola. It may also occur when I am home on breaks with my parents in Hässleholm. One position is approximately 90% and one position is approximately 40% with the possibility to step in as needed. The work shifts vary, and the scheduled times are from 08:00 to 21:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 21:00, and awake night shifts from 21:00 to 08:00. All assistance is active time, which means that you as an assistant are awake at night and help me as needed.
