Job Description

We offer a flexible and developing role within our already established operations in HVB. As a treatment provider at HVB, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the workday, together with your colleagues. You are the one who finds opportunities, works to create relationships, and has good knowledge of clear pedagogy and NPF. The target group is children aged 12 to 16 years who cannot stay in their own home. These are children who exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior, have difficulty with social interaction, and face school-related issues.

Since the role involves a great deal of freedom, it requires that you are independent and used to taking your own initiatives. You participate in finding solutions and work to enhance the pedagogical approach that supports each individual's participation and self-determination. You also have the drive to organize your workday based on the youths' weekly plans, working towards set goals such as care plans and implementation plans. Daily documentation is included in the role.

You will always have support from the operations manager and coordinator who, in addition to knowledge and experience, contribute with a lot of joy and positivity. Together we are a team!

We are looking for someone with experience working with children and youth in similar settings. You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have training and experience in low-arousal approaches, clear pedagogy, TMO, Repulse, MI, and DBT.

Irregular working hours such as day, evening, and weekend work may occur.
