We are now looking for you who want to be part of our dedicated team in outpatient care!

About us

Advice and support for families work with outpatient interventions for children and young people aged 0-18 and their families. Our goal is to offer qualified change and treatment work at home with the individual's needs at the center. We work according to evidence-based social work with flexible solutions and a strong focus on relationships.

Your role

As a family therapist, you will work from a systemic theoretical approach and CBT. You will meet children, young people, and their families in change processes where family work, network work, and individual interventions collaborate.

You will:

• Conduct conversations and treatment based on the needs of the child/young person and family
• Work closely with colleagues and external actors to create sustainable solutions
• Contribute to the development of interventions without needs assessment (IUB) according to the new social services act

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work, social pedagogy, or another relevant education
• Good knowledge of children's and young people's development, conversation methodology, and attachment theory
• Further education in treatment work, CBT, or MI is an advantage
• Good collaboration skills and personal suitability are crucial
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• A clean police record
