We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for one of our child clients in the Lyckeby area.

What does this job entail?

The client is 10 years old and needs help with everything in her daily life such as mobility assistance, tube feeding, and personal hygiene. The client attends school Monday to Friday and brings her assistants with her. During the summer, the client will be home on summer vacation. The client prefers that applicants have experience in care, but education is not a requirement.

You will have varied working hours, and the job includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. We prefer that you are flexible and willing to swap shifts with a colleague or adjust your working hours slightly according to the client's activity preferences.

Examples of working hours:

Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Evening shift: 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM Weekend shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We are looking for a woman aged approximately 25-45 who wants to work with our client on a schedule. We also hope that you are open to being a substitute for the client. Our client is interested in music, walks, and crafts. It is important for us that you see the client's possibilities rather than limitations.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. In the future, night shifts may also be relevant.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Probationary employment that may lead to fixed-term employment

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
