To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you become a candidate for the position. If the work involves assistance to individuals over 18 years old, you are required to present a certificate from the criminal record and suspicion register. If the work involves assistance to children, you are required to submit a certificate from the criminal record and suspicion register, which will be stored with us for 2 years, in accordance with applicable legislation.

We are now looking for a summer substitute who can work nearly full-time during weeks 29 to 32 this summer.

The workplace is at the home of a woman who lives with her family and dog in a villa in Åryd/Trensum outside Karlshamn. A social and outgoing woman who is wheelchair-bound and needs help from her assistant with support in daily routines. If you have a love for animals and gardening, you will have this in common.

The work shifts are during the day and scheduled as follows:

• w 29 Mon 10:00-20:00, Tue 08:00-16:00, Wed 08:00-15:00, Thu 08:00-15:00, and Fri 08:00-16:00
• w 30 Mon 10:00-20:00, Tue 08:00-16:00, Wed 08:00-15:00, Thu 08:00-15:00, and Sun 10:00-16:30
• w 31 Mon 10:00-20:00, Tue 08:00-16:00, Wed 08:00-15:00, Thu 08:00-15:00, and Fri 08:00-16:00
• w 32 Mon 10:00-20:00, Tue 08:00-16:00, Wed 08:00-15:00, and Thu 08:00-15:30

We also wish that you can work on June 3rd 08:00-15:00, June 4th 08:00-15:00, and June 5th 08:00-16:00.

We also need an extra team player, so if you can take occasional shifts (about 3-4 shifts per month) already now, that would be an additional bonus!

We are looking for someone who has experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare, and it is desirable that you have a driver's license (as it is difficult to reach the workplace by public transport). Furthermore, you should be social, attentive, and engaged. We prefer that you are good at taking your own initiatives and seeing what needs to be done. You must tolerate pets as there is a dog in the home. You should be smoke-free. The woman is sensitive to infections and should therefore not be exposed to close contact with individuals who are ill. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
