We are looking for assistants who are interested in working awake night. The job involves helping the client with evening routines before bedtime, supervision throughout the night, and taking care of the client when they wake up during the night. In the morning, you assist the client with morning routines - shower, toilet visits, hygiene routines, breakfast, getting dressed, and accompany the client to the taxi, then wait for the taxi together for the client to go to school.

Working hours are expected to be around 21:00-07:30, and the hours can be discussed further in the interview.

About the client: The client is a girl who is social, positive, and has a high activity level with a lot of energy. The client enjoys swimming, playing at playgrounds, shopping, walking, music, and dancing. The client is looking for active assistants who enjoy coming up with activities and a varied job. Who are we looking for? You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are a positive person who enjoys taking initiative and responsibility, and you have good problem-solving skills. You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented in challenging situations. As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive, responsive, and confident in your role. You should be able to prevent and manage risky situations and create structure in everyday life. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You are good at motivating others and enjoy challenges in your work. There is a cat in the home. You, as an assistant or substitute, do not smoke or use snuff during working hours.

Meritorious:

• It is an advantage if you speak Serbian, Croatian, or Bosnian.
• Have a driver's license.
• Have experience with NPF.
• Experience with AAC and visual support.
• Have worked as a personal assistant before.
• Education in healthcare and nursing.

Personal assistance is provided around the clock. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your tasks:

These can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
