Min Assistans is looking for assistants for one of our customers living in Sölvesborg. The customer is moving to their own accommodation and needs several assistants.

Personal suitability and a genuine interest in working as a personal assistant are of great importance, as well as being flexible and having the ability to collaborate. You are responsible, patient, and empathetic. We want you to be interested in social care and other people.

It is important that you are attentive, calm, and have personal maturity.

Your tasks will include supporting our customer in their daily routines at home, being a support in all everyday situations, as well as ADL.

The customer is 44 years old, uses a wheelchair, has cerebral palsy, and an intellectual disability. The customer prefers male assistants who can assist during their activities in various environments, such as motorsport, which is the customer's great interest. The customer also enjoys bowling, swimming, and Sweden Rock. The assistant needs to assist with physiotherapy at home and should have experience working with people with disabilities.

The shifts are during the day, evening, and weekends. Night shifts may also occur.

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the start date for the position is by agreement.

We are members of Vårdföretagarna, which has a collective agreement with the Swedish Municipal Workers' Union.
