You will work in the client's home with tasks ranging from personal care, transfers, communication, cleaning, cooking, activities, etc.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, attentive, structured, and orderly. We appreciate if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to: 

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekend. (including full 24-hour shifts)

• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

• A driving license is required, as you will be driving the client's car.

Employment type: Casual employment that may lead to a fixed-term contract.

Extent: approx. 60 %

Working hours: 08:00-17:00, 17:00-08:00, 08:00-08:00, 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00

Start date: By agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
