Fixa Assistans is a family-oriented assistance company with extensive experience in personal assistance for both children and adults. Our head office is located in Karlshamn, and we operate in southern Sweden. We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 48-year-old woman in Karlshamn municipality. Work hours are Monday to Friday, possibly with split days on two of the days. The position should be filled as soon as possible. The woman lives in a house with her family.

We place great emphasis on personal chemistry and personal qualities. You are welcome to have experience working as a personal assistant. You must not have any physical problems as the work may involve assistance with transfers and help with rehabilitation training. You must not be allergic to animals and must be smoke-free.

As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, flexible, have good patience, and be able to take initiative and adapt your work to the user's needs. You must have a good ability to read needs and wishes even if they are not always expressed verbally. You must be calm, stable, and secure in yourself. You must have a driver's license as you will be driving the family's car. The work pace is mixed.

The nature of the work requires that you are fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, e.g., being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists and follow established routines. The nature of the work also means that only female applicants are relevant.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
