Fixa Assistans is a family-oriented assistance company with extensive experience in personal assistance for both children and adults. Our head office is located in Karlshamn, and we operate in southern Sweden. We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man with mobility impairments living in Hallabro, north of Ronneby. The position is approximately 70%, primarily working daytime from 07:00 to 17:15, one Saturday (daytime) every four weeks, and one evening every other week until 20:00. We are also looking for a substitute until August, which will transition into a permanent position, also at 70%.

We place great importance on personal chemistry and personal qualities. You must not be allergic to animals. Since assistance often involves manual transfers, you should not have any physical issues. A driver's license is required as you will be driving the man's own car. Access to a personal vehicle is necessary to reach the workplace, as public transport is not available.

As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, flexible, have good patience, and be able to take initiative and adapt your work to the user's needs. You must have a good ability to read needs and wishes, even if they are not always expressed verbally. The work pace is often mixed.

The nature of the work requires you to be fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, for example, being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists, as well as follow established routines. The nature of the work also means that only female applicants are considered.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
