Job responsibilities

• Support in daily life, such as household chores, routines, and activities

• Personal care

• Help to create and follow structure in the day

• Accompany on errands and activities outside the home

• Communication using PECS pictures, handheld devices.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

• Is calm, patient, and attentive

• Communicates clearly and directly with communication aids, pictures + speech.

• Respects the need for routines and predictability

• Preferably has experience with autism (but it is not a requirement)

• Is flexible and solution-oriented.

• Has good physical condition

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. The position also requires that you can work nights.

• Have a B driver's license and a car

Employment form: Hourly substitute now and summer substitute June-August with the possibility of extension

Scope: June-August approximately 90%

Working hours: 09:00-20:00, 20:00-09:00, 10:00-16:00

Start date: immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
