We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our 10-year-old boy!

What does this position entail?

The client is 10 years old and needs help with everything in his daily life, such as mobility, meal situations, and personal hygiene. The client goes to school Monday to Friday and does not bring his assistants there. The position primarily involves evening work, with exceptions during holidays and study days when the client will be home during the day. The client prefers that you have experience with children with autism, but education is not a requirement.

The position includes a temporary employment contract distributed over 2 shifts per week (28%) in a basic schedule, but may be temporarily increased during holidays. We would like you to be flexible and willing to swap shifts with a colleague or adjust your working hours somewhat according to the client's activity preferences.

Example of working hours: Evening shift: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM Holiday shift: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. 

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and be understood in Swedish.
• can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. 
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
• A driver's license is desired, but not required.

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
