Job Description

We offer a flexible and developing role within our already established HVB operations. As a treatment provider at HVB, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the workday, together with your colleagues. You are the one who finds opportunities, works to create relationships, and has good knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and NPF. The target group is children aged 12 to 16 years who cannot stay in their own homes. These are children who exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior, struggle with social interactions, and have school-related issues.

As a treatment provider/support pedagogue, your role includes building relationships, supporting, guiding, and assisting the child in various everyday situations. You will work based on a low-arousal approach and motivational conversations.

As the role involves significant freedom of action, it requires you to be independent and accustomed to taking your own initiatives. You also have the drive to structure your workday based on the youths' weekly plans, working towards set goals such as care plans and implementation plans. The role includes daily documentation, establishing implementation plans, and writing monthly reports.

You will always have support from the operations manager, coordinator, and treatment supervisor who, in addition to knowledge and experience, contribute a lot of joy and positivity. Together we are a team!

We are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker, social pedagogue, or has an equivalent relevant higher education or at least a 2-year post-secondary education and has at least 2 years of experience working with children and youth in similar settings. You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have training and experience in low-arousal approaches, clarifying pedagogy, TMO, Repulse, MI, and DBT.

We apply a 6-month probationary period. Irregular working hours such as day, evening, and weekend work may occur.
