Job Description

As an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Consultant at Experis, you will enter an environment focused on development while having the opportunity to assist and solve your colleagues' technical challenges. The assignment is at SAAB, and in your daily work, you will delve into and administer various IT landscapes where you will solve problems related to user permissions, operating systems, information security, and networks. Whether cases come in via phone, chat, or email, your assistance will be crucial in alleviating others' technical headaches! To effectively tackle the challenges, you will work both independently and closely with your colleagues, which not only expands your network but also allows you to acquire new knowledge. You will face a variety of tasks that ensure no day is the same.

Work as an IT Support Technician at SAAB and as a consultant through Experis and experience educational days. We ensure that you feel like an important part of the Experis team from day one. The employment is with us, and you will work on-site at SAAB.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have the following experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Experience in Microsoft and Linux environments
• Experience in ITIL and documentation
• Knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, and databases
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement, both verbally and in writing.
