Join the AKKODIS Career Accelerator Program in Secure Systems

For those who have studied Y/D or similar with 0-3 years of work experience

In collaboration with SYLOG and Sectra Communications, we are now looking for 5 junior engineers who want to accelerate their careers and become leaders in secure communication systems. Do you have what it takes? You will be part of a team of 8 people where 3 senior leaders with technical expertise will act as mentors for the 5 selected junior engineers. Over 2 years, the mentors will transfer their knowledge to the mentees both through teamwork and regular training sessions. The mentors will tailor the content and level of the training based on the needs of the mentees and projects to ensure success.

In this role, you have a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of future secure communication systems. You will work with modern technologies and methods and will be involved in the entire process from design to implementation and testing of the product – all linked to the customer's needs for functionality and usability.

We believe that every individual plays an important role. Initially, you will primarily learn from your senior colleagues while participating in the work, but as time goes on, you will be able to influence both technology and work methods. We are open to change and welcome new ideas and perspectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have an engineering degree in Data, Electronics, or equivalent. You should have an interest in embedded secure systems and be able to develop software using C++ or C. Experience with Linux, networking, and security-related tools is highly desirable.

Your initial employment will be with Akkodis as a consultant, but you will have the opportunity to apply for a position at Sectra Communications during the project. Since the project will be classified, Swedish citizenship is required.
