We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a 44-year-old man living in Hallsberg. The man leads an active life with interests such as music, film, and computers. He has a positive and open personality and is interested in a dynamic and varied life. The assistance includes personal hygiene, support during meals, cooking, laundry, cleaning, and accompanying the man in his daily life. The man regularly attends daily activities, and you as an assistant will accompany him. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the man are crucial for the quality and experience of the job. Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, and flexible, and who takes appropriate initiatives. You enjoy being outdoors and want to contribute to the man having an even more active life. You should be able to work independently but also interact with others in a group. We seek someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means you are responsible, patient, empathetic, and attentive. It is important that you are punctual and can keep time, but also flexible enough to occasionally step in to cover staffing gaps. We see that you are a secure person and enjoy taking initiatives, both independently and in collaboration with others in a group. It is also desirable that you have good physical fitness, are cheerful, and positive.

Experience with sign language/sign communication is an advantage. You will be part of a dedicated team of assistants who have several years of experience working with the man. Good physical fitness is desirable.

Regular workplace meetings take place where the development of the assignment occurs. Continuous professional development takes place throughout the assignment. It is desirable that you are smoke-free and share the employer's Christian worldview. A driver's license is a requirement. About the employment

The position is a need-based substitute employment. Working hours vary between days, nights, evenings, and weekends. We apply a fixed-term employment form "as long as the assignment lasts" as well as hourly employment. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
