We are looking for a personal assistant for a 25-year-old man. You who apply have a strong commitment and a genuine heart for helping others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a personal assistant is a qualified and responsible profession that requires personal maturity, flexibility, and attention. The work involves supporting users who have been granted personal assistance in their daily lives based on their needs.

As a personal assistant, it is important to provide safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time. Services that are tailored to the individual's conditions and needs to achieve good living conditions.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in this user's daily life to a happy and social 25-year-old man. The work involves being involved in daily routines and contributing to creating structure, security, and quality of life. Your tasks include helping with morning routines, personal hygiene, meals, dressing, and transfers. You will also support the user in getting out, being active, and participating in various activities during the day. Some household help may occur, such as laundry and simpler practical tasks.

You need to be attentive and have a good sense of touch but also the courage to stand up for the user and their needs, both in daily life and towards the environment. We prefer that you are a positive, engaged, and secure person who dares to take initiative and is not afraid to take on tasks where needed.

Within the framework of the assignment, you may be expected to work during the day and weekends, with occasional evenings!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone interested in working with individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, who is responsible with a respectful approach and can work independently. We prefer that you have good collaboration skills, work based on the individual's needs and resources.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or alternatively in care and nursing or as assessed by the employer as equivalent.
• Driver's license (B).
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing (approved in basic Swedish for compulsory school grade 9 or SFI D).

Meritorious:

• Studied nursing program, child and leisure program, or other educational training that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Experience in medication.
• Experience with aids such as lifts.
