Personal Assistant Wanted in Lund Municipality

On behalf of our client in Lund municipality, we are now looking for an experienced personal assistant who is committed to meeting the client's needs and wishes.

As a personal assistant, it is important that you can establish a good relationship with the client and be attentive to their individual needs and wishes. You are expected to be empathetic, respectful, and above all, maintain the client's privacy in all situations.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is prepared to make independent decisions and show responsibility in your work. You should be a team player who can collaborate effectively with other employees and have the ability to act proactively and decisively when needed. Good physical condition is desirable as the work may involve manual lifting.

The tasks of a personal assistant include a variety of duties, from individualized care to household chores.

The assistant works both at the client's home and during outings and activities outside the home. You are expected to be supportive and motivating in your role and contribute to the client's well-being.

You can work both days, evenings, and weekends as personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement to apply for the position.

Training/introduction will be provided both on-site and via Monument Assistans.

Working hours: Varying, including days, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications: Driver's license, good physical condition, and it is desirable that you can provide an extract from the criminal record.
