Personal Assistant in Malmö

On behalf of our client in Malmö municipality, we are looking for an experienced personal assistant starting in October who is responsive to our client's needs and wishes.

The position is approximately 75% with varying working hours.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are attentive to their needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make independent decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You have the ability to take a step back when needed. You are good at motivating others and enjoy challenges in your work.

You can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is beneficial but not necessary to be considered for the position. You will be part of a team that works together with and for the client. A driver's license for a passenger car is required for this position. There are dogs and cats in the client's home, so experience with animals is a must.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks relevant to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying them on activities outside the home. You will work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

Position: 75%
Working hours 8-19, 19-09, and overnight shifts on weekends.

We expect you to provide a criminal record extract when applying for the position.
