About You

On behalf of our client in Malmö, we are looking for a personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes. The client is a 25-year-old man who wants a playful and responsible assistant.

The position involves working 75-100%, with weekend shifts every other weekend. You will work evening shifts every 14 days, with the remaining shifts mainly scheduled at night.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to their needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy.

You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with while still retaining a childlike spirit. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at motivating others and enjoy an active lifestyle.

It is advantageous if you have experience with tube feeding and epilepsy, but it is not a requirement to be considered for the position.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks relevant to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying them on activities outside the home. You will work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

Personal assistance is performed around the clock. A certain degree of flexibility is highly valued in the recruitment process. Having a nursing assistant qualification is a merit.

It is desirable that you can present a criminal record extract upon employment.
