We are looking for female assistants who are interested in working with an active and cheerful young woman in her 30s with spina bifida, who uses a wheelchair! She lives in Örebro with her partner, two children, and pets.

It is a great merit if you have experience working in personal assistance.

The work may include everything from personal care, intimate hygiene, transfers, cooking, household chores, assistance with leisure activities, etc. You will help carry out daily tasks together with the individual, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, walking, crafting, etc.

You must also be able to adapt to the individual's own pace, which varies from day to day.

The workplace is in the individual's home and wherever the individual may be. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. We also appreciate if you can work on short notice if needed, due to illness, etc.

There is a chance for a more permanent position in the future if everything goes well!

We prefer that you, as an applicant, have a flexible and independent working style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good skills in documentation and maintain a professional attitude. You should have a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people.

You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where communication is very important.
