Summer Job in Rent Accounting

Our Rent Accounting department is in need of some summer workers. To apply, we want you to be studying social work at the university or have a similar education.

Your Role

A large part of the work within Rent Accounting consists of claims management with eviction prevention work. This involves many contacts, primarily by phone and email, with customers and other partners – both within and outside the company. The tasks also include notifying rents and payment plans, registering direct debits, managing incoming and outgoing payments, and case management in our case management system Artvise.

You as a Person and Your Qualifications

You should enjoy working both independently and in a team, be stress-resistant, and be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. High social competence, responsibility for tasks, attention to detail, and good collaboration skills are important qualities. In your work, you will have a positive and respectful attitude with a focus on being service-oriented. We expect you to have good computer skills in the Office suite as well as good administrative abilities. Knowledge of English and preferably other languages is an advantage. Being service-oriented, flexible, and having a pleasant demeanor is, of course, a requirement.
