Summer Job in Rent Accounting

Our Rent Accounting department is in need of some summer workers. To apply, we would like you to be studying social work at university or a similar field.

Your Role

A large part of the work within Rent Accounting consists of claims operations with eviction prevention work. This includes many contacts, mainly by phone and email, with customers and other partners – both within and outside the company. The tasks also involve notifying rents and payment plans, registering direct debits, administering incoming and outgoing payments, and case management in our case management system, Artvise.

You as a Person and Your Qualifications

You should enjoy working both independently and in a team, be stress-resistant, and be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. High social competence, responsibility for tasks, attention to detail, and good collaboration skills are important traits. In your work, you will have a positive and respectful approach where your focus is on being service-oriented. We expect you to have good computer skills in the Office package and good administrative abilities. Knowledge of English and preferably other languages is an advantage. Being service-oriented, flexible, and having a pleasant demeanor is, of course, a requirement.
