JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for nursing assistants, care assistants, support assistants, and support staff for summer jobs, hourly employment, and shorter temporary positions both before, during, and after the summer.

The job is about making everyday life better for other people.

This may involve:

• Helping with everyday tasks such as hygiene, meals, and cleaning
• Being there as company, talking, walking, laughing
• Assisting with activities and outdoor outings
• Documenting in our systems (we will show you how!)

You can work in:

• Special housing for the elderly who need support around the clock
• Home care – helping people in their own homes
• LSS – support for people with disabilities

No matter where you work, your contribution is important!

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to have worked in healthcare before; the most important thing is who you are.

What we offer:

• Employment: Summer job, hourly employment, or monthly temporary position
• Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts may occur
• Summer period: parts or the whole summer

We are looking for someone who:

• Is 18 years or older
• Enjoys working with people
• Is responsible, kind, and attentive
• Can speak and write Swedish
• Is curious and wants to learn new things

For home care, you need to be able to cycle (a driver's license is a plus but not a requirement).

What we require:

• You need to be able to work at least 4 weeks in a row during the summer
• To work with us, you need to present a certificate from the criminal record (order in good time from the police's website).

Do you have education or experience in healthcare and social care? Great!

Don’t have it? No problem, we will provide you with an introduction.
