We are looking for a System Developer for an actor in public administration.

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is Umeå.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a system developer, you will work in agile, cross-functional teams focusing on analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of systems, work with IT security, and participate in the entire development cycle from requirements to production. The role requires collaboration, flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to contribute in multiple areas within the team.

Responsibilities

Participate in the analysis of stories.

Design and shape components.

Build, maintain, and unit test components fullstack (backend and frontend).

Write integration tests.

Review code.

Deliver to integration.

Conduct production follow-up.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

At least 8 years of documented experience in development work in Java as well as build support, packaging, and platforms for automated testing and deployment.

At least 5 years of experience with Docker and/or Openshift.

At least 5 years of experience with Oracle DB.

At least 3 years of experience with automation such as CI/CD, e.g., Jenkins, Tekton, etc.

Desirable

Experience working in Agile teams with SAFe, at least 3 years.

Microservices architecture, at least 5 years of experience.

Angular and/or React, at least 5 years of experience.

Spring & Spring Boot, at least 5 years of experience.

Personal Qualities

You are a team player who is used to building strong relationships.

Ability to solve complex problems together in a team/group.

Strong collaboration skills, being helpful, and having a good attitude.

Willingness and ability to share your knowledge.

Other Requirements

Security Clearance: Security clearance and background check are required.
