About the role

As an IT and Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and support of IT systems and digital workflows according to our common working method CWW – Common Way of Working. You will serve as a central contact point between the business, IT, and external suppliers, actively contributing to ensuring that our processes are efficient, user-friendly, and purposeful.

The role is both operational and development-oriented and suits you who enjoy combining technology, process improvement, and collaboration with people.

Your responsibilities

• Support department employees in the implementation and use of IT systems and digital solutions.
• Ensure, document, and further develop processes and working methods related to our systems.
• Act as project manager or sub-project manager during system changes, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.
• Be the department's representative in internal and external development forums.
• Participate in evaluation, testing, and implementation of new software versions and systems.
• Collaborate closely with local IT users and provide qualified user support and assistance.
• Contribute to training initiatives and knowledge dissemination within the organization.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, digitalization, business development, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in system implementation, system management, and working with digital workflows.
• Good understanding of how IT support interacts with business processes.
• Experience working in project form, preferably as a coordinator or project manager.
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience in change management or process development.
• Familiarity with working closely with end-users and conducting training.
• Basic technical understanding of integrations and system environments.
