Your Challenge
As an inside sales representative, you will play a key role in our sales organization by working with customized sales in property and motor insurance for corporate clients.
You will meet customers via phone, both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and digital channels. Your mission also includes proactively targeting new corporate clients, working with customer care for existing clients, as well as administering insurance and preparing materials for quotes. You will work independently with both your own and the team's sales budget. You are responsible for meeting the legal and documentation requirements necessary for the assignment.
You will be part of a dynamic team of inside sales representatives where you collaborate closely with our corporate administration and our outside sales representatives to create really good customer meetings and build strong, long-term relationships with our customers. You will work in close collaboration with other professional roles to achieve the company's goals.
The position is a temporary contract until 2027-08-31.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics or insurance, as well as experience in sales and customer responsibility.
You are a person motivated by proactive sales and consulting, as well as having many customer contacts. As a person, you are trustworthy, quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and have a clear goal focus. You have a natural ability to look beyond the immediate to find the best solution for the customer. It is important for you to create good customer relationships, and you thrive on thinking outside the box.
